It’s not often that you get something for nothing, so when the opportunity knocks at your door, you should take it.
The Queensland Government is offering $15,000 to help get you started with buying or building your first new home provided that:
- You’re at least 18 years of age
- You’re an Australian citizen or permanent resident (or you’re applying with someone who is an Australian citizen or permanent resident)
- You or your spouse has not previously owned property in Australia
- You’re buying or building a new home
- The value of the home is under $750,00
