According to property analyst Terry Ryder, the Sunshine Coast is the best place in Australia to invest for 2015. Mr Ryder said the Sunshine Coast “…was a great example of an area which was turning its economy from a purely tourism driven one to a more diverse regional centre.” What made the Sunshine Coast top of the list was the affordable housing, good infrastructure, new infrastructure and job nodes. “That tends to be a really simple formula for ongoing price growth,” Mr Ryder said.
Other Queensland areas to make the Top 20 include Cairns at No. 2 and Logan City at No.3.
